Last Friday, we were honored to have our director, Collen Dlamini, participate as a panelist at an immersive workshop hosted by the National School of Government. The workshop, centered on “Partnership Experiences with Government: What Works and What Does Not Work,” provided a valuable platform for experts and stakeholders to explore effective models of public-private collaboration.
Collen shared insights on “Public and Private Collaboration and Partnerships,” offering his perspective on what drives successful alliances between government and private entities. He discussed both the challenges and successes within these partnerships, highlighting how transparent communication, mutual objectives, and a shared commitment to positive outcomes are essential ingredients for lasting impact.
This conversation is an important step toward enhancing collaboration between sectors, which is vital for South Africa’s sustainable development. We extend our gratitude to the National School of Government for their dedication to advancing meaningful partnerships and for inviting us to contribute to this critical dialogue. The event underscores the ongoing need for effective public-private cooperation as we work together to build a prosperous future for South Africa.
We look forward to continuing our engagement in such initiatives, fostering partnerships that drive change and create opportunities across all sectors.
